Issues with Captcha?

If you're submitting a ticket and the "Captcha" doesn't appear (or you receive an error notice), try selecting the Refresh button (blue button with two arrows in a circle) to the right of the error notice.

To prevent this issue in the future, you can also clear your cache.

This should reset the captcha and you should be able to submit your ticket as normal.
